Contract Python Developer in Porto


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team in Porto on a contract basis. As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex software applications using Python programming language. Your main duties will include writing efficient, reusable, and scalable code, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Python programming language
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and scalable code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field of Python development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Python Developer or similar role (at least 3 years)
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas)
- Experience working with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Location:
This is a contract position based in Porto. Candidates from other locations will also be considered.

Compensation:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
