As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve company goals and objectives. You will work closely with upper management to develop strategies, set targets, and ensure that all team members are working towards the same vision. Your role will involve providing guidance and support to team members, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Develop strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Set targets and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Collaborate with upper management to develop company-wide initiatives
- Ensure that all team members are working towards the same vision and objectives
- Provide guidance and support to resolve conflicts or issues within the team
- Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and recognition of achievements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Strong understanding of project management principles

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Porto, Portugal. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month. As this is an urgent job opening, we are looking for candidates who can join us immediately.
