Data Analytics Specialist



We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods and tools
- Identify patterns and trends in data and provide insights to stakeholders
- Develop data models and visualizations to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Monitor data quality, identify issues, and work towards resolution
- Develop and maintain data analytics processes and procedures
- Stay updated on the latest trends in data analytics techniques, tools, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SAS or SPSS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is a plus

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
