Data Mining Analyst
A data mining analyst is responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions. They use various tools and techniques to extract and analyze data from databases, websites, and other sources. The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field. They should also have experience with data mining tools such as SQL, Python, or R. Knowledge of machine learning techniques and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and cleaning large datasets from various sources
- Using data mining techniques to identify patterns and trends
- Performing statistical analysis on the data
- Creating visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to interpret data and make recommendations
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Porto (own visa required)
