Job Title: Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through various digital channels. Your main goal will be to assist clients in finding solutions to their inquiries and concerns regarding our products and services. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries through email, chat, or phone.
- Providing accurate information about our products and services.
- Resolving client issues in a timely manner while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identifying and addressing client needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing solutions.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and services in order to effectively address client inquiries.
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
- Upselling additional products or services that align with the client's needs.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High level of computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Porto (remote work is possible)
