Online Consultant



We are looking for a professional and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online channels such as email, chat, and video calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients from around the world through various online channels
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Educate clients on products or services offered by the company
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in service delivery
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with clients

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service remotely
- Proficient in using online communication tools such as email, chat, and video calls
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month (contract job)

Location: Porto, Portugal (accommodation not provided)
