We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Porto! As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients through online channels. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely information and support to clients regarding our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best service possible

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, but strong communication skills and a customer service mindset are essential
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Availability to work full-time hours
