Online Consultant (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Porto. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online chat, email, and phone to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Provide technical support for our online services and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Offer product recommendations and answer any inquiries related to our company's offerings
- Keep track of client interactions and maintain accurate records of all communications

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or online support is required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media channels

- Availability to work flexible hours as this is a part-time position
