Facade Technician

We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Facade Technician to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This includes identifying and troubleshooting issues with windows, doors, cladding, and other exterior building components.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure they are functioning properly
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with facades, including leaks, cracks, or malfunctioning components
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate facade installations and repairs
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Proven experience working with facades in a construction or maintenance setting is a plus
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations related to facade installation and repair
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights if necessary

We offer competitive compensation starting at 1000$ per month for this entry-level position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who do not reside in Porto. We also offer free visa sponsorship and travel expenses for international candidates who meet our requirements.
