Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior of buildings, including walls, windows, and doors. Your duties will include inspecting and assessing existing facades, creating detailed plans for new facades, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You may also be involved in project management and budgeting. This position pays a salary of 1300$ per month and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for non-nationals. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture or civil engineering with specialized training in facade design. You should have at least 3 years of experience working as a facade specialist, with a strong understanding of building materials and construction methods. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are also important qualities for this role.
