Job Title: Tiler in Porto, Portugal


As a tiler in Porto, Portugal, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of tiles in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with an initial salary of 1200$ per month and the added benefit of accommodation. While a biometric passport is preferred, it is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces to be tiled
- Cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand or power tools
- Mix and apply mortar or adhesive to secure tiles in place
- Level and align tiles using various tools such as levels and squares
- Grout, seal, and clean installed tiles
- Repair or replace damaged or cracked tiles
- Work with different types of materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, etc.
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a tiler
- Proficiency in measuring and cutting techniques
- Familiarity with different types of tile materials and their properties
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Basic math skills for calculating measurements and quantities needed
- Physical strength for lifting heavy materials and spending long hours on your feet
- Attention to detail for precise installation work
- Good communication skills for working with clients or team members
