We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and structures. This position requires physical strength and endurance, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them
- Mix plaster or other materials according to instructions
- Apply plaster or other materials using hand tools or machines
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure even coverage
- Create decorative textures or patterns as required
- Repair damaged areas and patch holes using appropriate techniques
- Clean up work area and dispose of waste properly
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role
- Physical strength and endurance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new techniques
- Knowledge of relevant tools and equipment
- Availability to work flexible hours
