We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team in Porto, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to various surfaces and materials, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and appearance. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, including free visa and ticket.

In this role, you will use a variety of tools and techniques to smooth, polish, and perfect surfaces such as wood, metal, plastic, or concrete. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that the finished product meets the desired specifications and customer expectations. Attention to detail and precision are key traits for this position.

To excel as a Finisher, you should have previous experience in finishing work and be familiar with different types of finishes and techniques. You should also have strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills are crucial in meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect surfaces for defects or imperfections
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each project
- Sand, buff or polish surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply finishes such as paint, varnish or lacquer using brushes or spray guns
- Mix and match colors to achieve desired shades
- Use measurements or templates to ensure accuracy
- Clean and maintain equipment after use
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and surface materials
- Familiarity with hand/power tools used in finishing
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing finishes
- Strong attention to detail
- Good physical stamina
- Ability to work independently
- Team player with good communication skills
