As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and maintaining concrete structures and surfaces. You will work with a team to pour, level, and finish concrete for various building projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and scaffolding
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand tools or power equipment
- Finish surfaces by removing rough spots and filling holes
- Apply sealants or waterproofing to protect concrete structures
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper strength development
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the process

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete in construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Knowledge of different types of concrete materials and their uses
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail for precise finishing work

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in concrete construction techniques
- Experience operating power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Bilingual (Portuguese/English) is a plus but not required
