Architectural Technologist

Our architectural firm in Porto is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. We specialize in residential and commercial projects, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in both areas.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure project progress and quality control
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and construction documents
- Keep up-to-date with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural drafting or technology
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
