Architectural Designer (Part-time) in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Porto. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing design concepts for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts accordingly
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using relevant software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Coordinate with engineers to incorporate structural elements into the design
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design concepts
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments as needed
