Freelance Commercial Architect

As a freelance commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Porto. This includes creating detailed plans and blueprints, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are followed. You will also work closely with clients to understand their needs and incorporate them into the design process.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, as well as several years of experience working on commercial projects. You should also have strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Good communication skills are also essential, as you will need to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members.

As this is a freelance position, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose your own projects. However, you will need to be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet project deadlines. This position does not include accommodation, so candidates should either be based in Porto or willing to relocate at their own expense.
