Part-Time Architectural Designer



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for creating innovative design concepts for various projects, including residential and commercial buildings. You must have at least 3 years of experience in architectural design and be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative design solutions that meet client needs and project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs are technically feasible and within budget
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess existing conditions
- Prepare presentations for client meetings
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Our company offers flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule. We also provide accommodation for out-of-town employees. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Portugal.
