Job Title: Commercial Architect in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design plans that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the building
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that it adheres to the design plans and meets all safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the progress of the project
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
