Part-Time Commercial Architect



We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Part-Time Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and spaces, such as offices, retail stores, restaurants, and other businesses. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, perfect for students or those looking for work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to oversee construction projects
- Review project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Commercial Architect or in a similar role
- Experience working on commercial projects from concept to completion
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles

Salary: $1600/month (based on experience)

Location: Porto (candidates must have authorization to work in Portugal)
