Commercial Architect - Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Porto. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet client specifications and budget constraints
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to design plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials, technology, and sustainable design practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience working as an architect in commercial building projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects or with multinational clients
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for commercial buildings
