Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect in our firm based in Porto, we are seeking a highly skilled individual who has at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial design principles and be able to create innovative and functional spaces for our clients. This position is open to both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings for each project
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the implementation of designs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Porto but may require occasional travel to client sites.
