Job Title: Entry-Level Industrial Architect
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Industrial Architect in Porto, Portugal. As an industrial architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about architecture and looking to kick start their career in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for industrial buildings and facilities
- Create detailed drawings, models, and 3D visualizations using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research local building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure smooth execution of designs
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction materials for industrial projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this entry-level position is $1300 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. Portuguese nationality or the ability to work legally in Portugal is preferred but not required.
