Industrial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial design and architecture, with experience in designing and planning industrial facilities. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their industrial needs and requirements
- Design and plan industrial facilities, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on industrial projects in the Porto area
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology for secure access control on construction sites
