Contract Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Porto, Portugal. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Your main duties will include managing a team of architects and engineers, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with all building codes and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure efficient project delivery
- Review project plans, designs, and budgets to ensure feasibility
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Provide regular reports to senior management regarding project status
- Oversee the selection of materials and finishes for each project
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in design technology, and best practices
