The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various types of machinery in a fast-paced production environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products. Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor various machines including but not limited to presses, lathes, grinders, and drills
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines correctly
- Make adjustments to machine settings to ensure proper operation and quality output
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred
- Previous experience in machine operation is a plus but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make basic repairs
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating dimensions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
