A well-established manufacturing company in Porto is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team on a contract basis. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our factory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field, as we provide on-the-job training and support. We also offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Complete production reports and document any issues or malfunctions
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills
