- Educate patients on self-care techniques and provide emotional support as needed

Requirements:
- Valid nursing degree or diploma from an accredited institution
- Active nursing license in Portugal (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others
- Fluent in Portuguese (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
