Florist for a Boutique Flower Shop in Porto, Portugal


We are seeking a creative and passionate Florist to join our boutique flower shop in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and personalized floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and materials
- Ensuring proper care and handling of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Providing excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Assisting with daily shop operations including cleaning, restocking, and pricing products
- Collaborating with other team members to create displays for special events or holidays

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or similar role
- Creative flair with an eye for color, texture, and design
- Understanding of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as required
- Must have valid work permit or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training in floral design or horticulture is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month along with opportunities for growth within the company.
