Entry-Level Floral Designer


We are a leading floral design company based in Porto, seeking an entry-level Floral Designer to join our creative team. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we welcome candidates without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and creation of floral arrangements for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions
- Collaborate with team members to develop unique and creative designs that meet clients' needs and preferences
- Order and maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Ensure that all arrangements are completed on time and meet high-quality standards
- Help with the set up and breakdown of events as needed

Requirements:
- Passion for floral design and a keen eye for detail
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Team player attitude with excellent communication skills
