Clinical Dietitian


We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team in Porto. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized nutrition plans and counseling to patients based on their individual needs and medical conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs, medical history, and lifestyle habits
- Develop individualized nutrition plans and provide ongoing counseling to patients
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and incorporate them into practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a clinical dietitian
- Experience working with patients with various medical conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and obesity
- Strong understanding of nutrition science, food composition, and dietary guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
- Experience using electronic medical records systems

Salary:
