Job Title: Reference Librarian

The Reference Librarian will be responsible for assisting library patrons with reference and research inquiries, providing guidance on information resources, and promoting library services and programs. This individual will also manage the library's collection of reference materials, including print and online resources, and collaborate with other librarians to develop and update reference materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of information resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. A biometric passport is required for this position.

As a Reference Librarian in Porto, you will play a vital role in connecting library users with the information they need. You will work closely with patrons to identify their informational needs and provide guidance on how to access relevant resources. Your strong understanding of various research tools and techniques will be essential in helping patrons effectively navigate through the vast amount of information available.

In addition to providing one-on-one assistance, you will also oversee the library's collection of reference materials.
