We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at our bustling cafe in Porto, Portugal. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Ensure all drinks are prepared according to company standards
- Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Clean and maintain equipment, workstations, and seating areas
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and handling any concerns or complaints
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to customers
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, mornings, evenings or night shifts as needed
- Biometric passport is preferred
- Accommodation can be provided for candidates who are not from Porto

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
