Part-time Barista in Porto


We are hiring a part-time Barista to join our team in Porto! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Barista and possess strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, tea, and other beverages according to our standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including the counter, equipment, and dining area
- Restock supplies such as cups, lids, and coffee beans as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines when handling food and drinks
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
