Contract Instrument Technician - Porto, Portugal
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Contract Instrument Technician to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Contract Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and control systems used in industrial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, and troubleshoot various instruments and control systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspection of instruments to ensure proper functioning.
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in instruments and control systems.
- Perform regular checks to ensure accurate readings and measurements from instruments.
- Keep detailed records of all work performed, including any replacements or repairs made.
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles, electrical circuits, and control systems.
- Proficient in using various testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Familiarity with safety standards and procedures related to instrument installation and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
