Radio Technician - Porto, Portugal

As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining radio equipment. You will work with a variety of radios, including two-way radios, broadcast transmitters, and satellite communication systems. This is a full-time position that comes with accommodation and an urgent need for skilled technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install radio equipment according to specifications and wiring diagrams
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio equipment
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on radio equipment
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in radio technology and equipment
- Collaborate with other technicians to complete larger projects or solve complex issues

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Proven experience working with various types of radio equipment
- Knowledge of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent recordkeeping abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
- Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work at heights if required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
