Welder - Contract Position (Porto, Portugal)



We are in search of a skilled Welder to join our team on a contract basis in Porto, Portugal. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal parts and components. This position requires prior experience in welding and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Set up welding equipment and select appropriate welding techniques based on project specifications
- Cut, shape, and weld metal components using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Inspect completed welds for quality and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Welder
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Arc welding
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret blueprints
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Valid work permit/visa sponsorship if not a citizen of Portugal
