We are currently hiring for the position of Office Assistant in Porto. This is a full-time role with a salary of $1600 per month.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your main duties will include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting with various office tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in an office setting and excellent communication skills. You should also have strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills are required.

This is an urgent job opportunity, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without accommodation provided.
