Part-Time Office Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team in Porto. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in an office setting or for students seeking a part-time job.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and supplies
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Assisting with preparing documents and presentations
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and processing payments
- Conducting research as needed
- Completing any other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month. The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm.
Location:
This position is based in Porto.
