We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Surveyor to join our team in Porto. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on various land or construction projects. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries, topographic features, and other relevant information for construction projects.
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels to collect accurate data.
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey findings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations related to land surveying.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide necessary assistance.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Surveyor is required.
- Knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Own visa or work permit in Portugal.
