We are seeking a qualified and experienced Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis in Porto, Portugal. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to determine property boundaries, topographic features, and construction specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports including maps, charts, and diagrams
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of measurements and adherence to legal standards and regulations
- Manage survey projects from start to finish including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior surveyors

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of land surveying laws and regulations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this contract position. In addition, we provide free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket expenses for our international employees.
