Part-Time Sales Manager in Porto, Portugal
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make strategic business decisions
We offer competitive compensation of 1100$ per month for this part-time position. As this role does not include accommodation, it is ideal for candidates who are already based in Porto or have their own accommodation arrangements.
