Sales Manager in Porto, Portugal
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring their success through training and support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the companyβs products/services
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
