Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Train new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment of goals
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' strategies, and market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales or relevant role (experience in the technology industry is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
