Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques such as GPS equipment, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze data and measurements to create accurate maps and legal descriptions of properties
- Verify the accuracy of existing survey data and make any necessary adjustments
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for the survey
- Adhere to all safety regulations while conducting surveys on different types of terrain

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying tools and software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret data
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
