Experienced Handyman in Porto


Our property management company in Porto is seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties throughout the city. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Conduct inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working on properties

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge and experience in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and property owners
- Biometric passport or legal right to work in Portugal

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in property management or related field
- Knowledge of Portuguese language
