Handyman



We are searching for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Porto. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of various construction and maintenance tasks, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Inspect buildings and identify any issues or needed repairs
- Install fixtures and hardware
- Repair or replace appliances
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary materials
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when needed
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.
