Part-Time Administrator
City: Porto, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and assist with budget management
- Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours per week.
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Porto, Portugal. Candidates must be currently residing in Porto or willing to relocate at their own expense.
