Loader Operator


We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Porto! As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials at construction sites. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to move materials, such as dirt, gravel, and rocks
- Load and unload trucks with materials
- Perform safety checks on equipment before and after each use
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Complete daily maintenance tasks on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically front-end loaders
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Porto, Portugal
