Loader and Warehouse Associate



A reputable logistics company in Porto is seeking a hardworking and reliable Loader and Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Loader, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading goods from trucks to our warehouse. You will also assist with inventory management, organization, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Safely load and unload goods from trucks using appropriate equipment
- Ensure accuracy of inventory by verifying quantities received against documentation
- Organize goods in the warehouse according to company standards
- Assist with inventory count and reconciliation
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Loader or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safe loading techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the day
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic math skills for counting and reconciling inventory
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have own transportation or ability to get to work on time

This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours based on performance. We offer competitive pay starting at $1300 per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. Accommodations can be provided if needed, but applicants must have their own visa.
